RWA KYC state is managed through rwa_setKYCRecord, the RWA compliance manager and the contract-side Identity Registry. Raw KYC files must remain off-chain; only status, hash/commitment, jurisdiction, investor type and expiry metadata needed for compliance should be recorded.
Mutation methods must be exposed only on validator/admin RPC and protected by API key, governance approvals and audit logs.
